Policy and Research associate

Leslie Sical, a recent MPA graduate from UConn’s School of Public Policy, serves as a Policy and Research associate focusing on the Digital Literacy Program at the Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy (IMRP).

Leslie’s professional experience includes serving as Special Events Coordinator for the City of Hartford, where she focused on program coordination, data management, and community engagement. She is passionate about bridging research and policy to strengthen communities, with particular interest in public engagement and equitable policy outcomes.

Leslie looks forward to advancing her career in public service, where she can continue to foster collaboration and promote meaningful change.
