Susan Camoroda

Susan Camoroda is a research assistant with the Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy (IMRP), where she supports Connecticut State Legislative studies related to Military and Veterans Affairs. She is pursuing her Master of Public Administration (Executive Fellows track), expected in Spring 2026, and a Master of Social Work with a policy concentration, expected in Spring 2028, both at the University of Connecticut.

A retired Army veteran, Susan concluded a distinguished 30-year military career in 2015. Currently, she is also fulfilling a personal goal by working at the Great Harvest Bakery in Vernon, Connecticut, an experience she describes as a “bucket list” opportunity.

Looking ahead, Susan plans to build on her military service, academic training, and policy interests to embark on her next professional chapter. She is committed to lifelong learning and is eager to explore new opportunities where she can continue making an impact.
