Irvine Peck’s-Agaya
IMRP Operations Coordinator
Irvine Peck’s-Agaya, M.A. joined the Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy in August 2021 and currently serves as its Operations Coordinator. She leads key statewide initiatives, including the Connecticut Children with Incarcerated Parents Initiative (CTCIP) and the ReConnect CT: Digital Pathways Program.
Her work focuses on advancing cross-sector partnerships, strategies, and improving systems for children, families and impacted communities. She oversees projects related to parental incarceration, including the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to support children and families. Through this work, she seeks to mitigate the negative effects of parental incarceration while strengthening positive outcomes for youth and their families.
Irvine holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut. A lifelong learner, she is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Connecticut.
Originally from Limoges, France, with roots in Gabon and Haiti, Irvine now resides in Hartford and is fluent in French and Haitian Creole.
