The IMRP is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Connecticut Sentencing Commission (CTSC).

Working in close collaboration with the Commission Executive Director and the IMRP Director, this position is responsible for assisting in the effective day-to-day management of the Commission.

Key responsibilities include coordinating research projects and working groups, managing the allocation of staff and resources, soliciting grants, and administrative leadership, including supervision of full-time staff, graduate assistants, and student workers.

The Associate Director will play a critical role in fostering collaboration, ensuring program effectiveness, and advancing the Commission’s research, education, and policy initiatives.
